  POL-Crewing Company Limited files contain detailed personal data and sea-career of about 2000 Polish officers and ratings with all required professional certificates in compliance with Convention STCW 95.

  Seafarers are employed on the terms and conditions of agreed seaman’s employment contract, based on TCC conditions for Polish seafarers, accepted by ITF. Currently 10 vessels are fully manned and 30 vessels are partially manned by POL-Crewing.

  POL-Crewing Company Limited co-operates with Maritime Academies in Gdynia and Szczecin and is able to create long-term crew management system, which follows seafarer’s career for the benefit of both Shipowner/Operator and seafarer. POL-Crewing policy is to attain position of a partner, who not only renders crewing services but also meets all requirements of Shipowner/Operator in relation to management of the crew.
